Advanced's Partner Protection Plan - recognized as one of the most comprehensive support programs in the industry – is available to all customers and covers fixed maintenance costs as well as serving as a total maintenance and support program. Program benefits include:

  • 24/7/365 coverage
  • Unlimited repair or replacement of defective equipment per factory recommendations
  • Priority queue to the "Partnership Operations Center"
  • Priority dispatch on emergency calls (2 hours for emergencies and within 24 hours for non-emergencies). Response may include Remote Maintenance, Tech Visit or Carrier Support Call
  • Unlimited Training
  • Onsite move, add or changes request during business hours (trip charge waived)
  • Voice recording changes to auto attendant greeting
  • Unlimited remote programming changes and support service calls via telephone or emails during normal business hours
  • No charge for "no trouble Found" service calls
  • Priority scheduling for on-site adds, moves, and changes
  • Waiver of charges for "no trouble" found carrier calls
  • Local and Long Distance audits and recommendations upon request
  • 10% discount on parts
  • Annual preventative maintenance visit
